Cub Sport, an independent pop group from Brisbane, Australia, kicked off their first American tour on April 3rd at Eddie’s Attic in Decatur, GA in front of a crowd of folks that clearly knows they’re ahead of the curve when it comes to discovering new music.
Late last year, the group released their sophomore album BATS. The deeply personal collection of songs chronicle lead singer Tim Nelson’s journey of coming out as gay and admitting his love for fellow band member Sam (Bolan) Netterfield. The two are now happily engaged.
The band is also celebrating the release of their new video for their song, “Crush.” The video chronicles how they came to terms with their feelings for each other.
