Info: Renegades for the late 1980’s and 1990’s industrial goth scene, Nitzer Ebb was the inspiration to other bands in the scene such as Ministry and Nine Inch Nails. The band has been recognized as one of the pioneers of Electronic Body Music, with Kraftwerk and Front 242 being in the mix as well.

Comments: “Getting Closer” is a punch you in the gut sort of song. Lead vocalist, Douglas McCarthy, controls the song with hard crashing lyrics. Sitting along with McCarthy’s voice were the electronic drum kits, pads, and synthesizers. Catch them on the United States and world tour at the below dates.
