Lollapalooza has consistently been one of the best festivals around for years now and today the 2015 version in Chicago was announced. Top to bottom this is a festival that always has a great, yet diverse lineup. This year’s highlight’s include headliners such as Sir Paul McCartney, Metallica, and Florence and the Machine. Beyond the headliners, it’s always the middle to lower acts that catch our eye.
They seemed to have stacked Friday and Sunday to make sure you stay for the whole weekend. Friday has a strong lineup with Coasts, BROODS, First Aid Kit, St. Paul and the Broken Bones, Glass Animals, Sylvan Esso, The War On Drugs, Father John Misty and more. Twin Peaks, Strand of Oaks, Shakey Graves, FKA Twigs, Lord Huron, and TV on the Radio play on Sunday. But don’t sleep on Saturday either with Tame Impala, Sturgill Simpson, The Tallest Man on Earth, Toro Y Moi, Django Django, Delta Spirit, Hippo Campus and more.
But if you were hoping for general admission tickets, well they are already sold out. Get on those VIP tickets, and be sure to hit all the late night shows and parties.
