“I saw a baby the other day, and it was crossing the street. Then I thought ‘that’s one brave baby!’” – Chandler Galloway
Brave Baby brought the party down from Charleston to Atlanta’s The Drunken Unicorn with friends Sydney Eloise & The Palms and Jesse Nighswonger.
Jesse Nighswonger and his yet to be named band warmed up The Drunken Unicorn on a cold Atlanta Friday night with a brand new song, “Cross Country.” With a humorous and entertaining set, they set the mood just right for the evening, closing their set with “When Nature Calls.”
Sydney Eloise and The Palms took te cobalt-lighted stage with Faces first track and a crowd favorite sing-along, “Always Sailing.” Sydney announced they have been spending some time in the studio recently and gave a sneak-peek with a sweet song called “With You.”
Finally, the crowd welcomed Brave Baby who were touring behind 2015’s excellent sophomore album Electric Friends, which they just released on vinyl on February 15th via Hearts & Plugs. The Charleston-based band brought a nostalgic and rather a bittersweet atmosphere, opening their set with “Larry On the Weekend.”
