For the first of their two show mini tour, New York & Vermont natives, The Vacant Lots made it out to Saint Vitus Bar in Greenpoint, Brooklyn this past Thursday night. Playing a mix of tracks from their new release Endless Night as well as tracks from Departure, The Vacant lots were able to show off their energy and strong, floor shaking sound. With bands Vowws and De Lilith opening, the venue was full of psych rock energy the entire night.

The floor was initially sparse, but once De Lilith hit that first note, everyone shifted from the bar to the venue space and kept the momentum going throughout all three sets. Some sound issues during Vowws’ set made for a couple of laughs between the band and the sound crew. A quick fix and they were back up and running – we were able to get an accidental “instrumental” version of a track.
