Honduras, made up of Brooklynites Pat Phillips, Tyson Moore, Paul Lizarraga and Josh Wehle, put on another high energy show at Elsewhere, Brooklyn. 
If you’re from, or even visiting New York, you’ll most likely get the chance to catch Honduras live as they’re constantly touring locally. Known as a staple sound of the DIY music scene in New York, Honduras has made a name for themselves with their drivey, high energy, perfect for any surf or skate film sound. In fact, their track “Paralyzed” was chosen by Tony Hawk to be featured in a part of Birdhouse’s “Saturdays” film (linked below). The guys have released a couple of EP’s since their 2015 album Rituals. Make sure to check out 2016 EP Gathering Rust and their new 7” EP which is only available at shows. ~ Colin Ridgway
